Universal Edge Beveller type UKF

Our Universal Edge and Bevelling Machines are equipped with a rigid machine table and with powerful pneumatic clamps to fix the  work pieces on the table.  Parts in a large variety of shapes or sizes can be processed on these machines. Of course within a processing cycle  the material must have the same thickness and the same bevel geometry.

The oscillating Grinding Belt Unit is moving along the table and is grinding the bevel or straight edge from the solid material. After each pass the unit returns in rapid traverse mode back to the start position.
