Single Head Automatic Belt Grinder type BKK 1/2

This type of Machine is designed to process a single corner per cycle.

The Belt Grinding Units of these machines feature vertical travel for parts of 650, 1250 or 1600 mm lengths in combination with angular positioning between 0° and 90°.
 
The electro pneumatically controlled pressure tool applies evenly adjustable pressure to the grinding belt to control depth of material removal.

All parameters like travel distance, angle position, number of passes and the grinding pressures are controlled by a PLC: SIMATIC S7 PLC.

Depending on the application the machines can be equipped with appropriate pressure pads, machine tables, work piece supports and clamping units.
