4-Corner-Automatic-Belt-Grinder type BKK 4

This model is mainly used in automated transfer lines. All four corners of frames, enclosures or doors are synchronously processed in one cycle.

The machine bed is equipped with two parallel feed-in chains. To accommodate varying width of work pieces, these chains can be adjusted between 300 and 1200 mm distance.

Four vertically travelling and 90° swivelling Belt Grinding Units are processing simultaneously each one welded corner.

Adjustable grinding belt speed, adjustable grinding belt pressure controlled by proportional valves, variable feed rate and the programming of up to 9 angle positions (in 1° degree increments) ensure a smooth, ready to paint corner.
