Twin Belt Grinding Machine type ZBS for manual processing of welded corners.

Manual process using hand pads to position the grinding belts on to the work piece with the ability to grind continuously from one surface into the adjoining surface.

Adjustable belt tension of the two grinding belts of the ZBS models allows a high flexibility of the belt angle. As a result the belts can be swivelled up to 100° in each direction and smooth radii between two adjoining surfaces can be manually produced.

To process 3 dimensional workpieces like boxes or other rectangular cabinets the machine can be equipped with a vacuum clamping fixture or various handling devices. These devices are easy to set up and can be used for higher lot size runs as well as for single piece prototypes.
