Portal Belt Grinding Machine type PBM

The PBM is mostly used to grind / finish bulky or voluminous workpieces like Switch Cabinets or Machine Stands. A single belt grinding unit can be driven vertically (max. 1500 mm) and horizontally (max. 500 mm).  Front sides can be don by turning the aggregate down to 90°.

 

Workpieces can be placed on a driven scissor lift platform, if necessary revolving movements are also possible. 

 

Eqipped with a PLC all the 7 axes can be automated.
