Portal Twin Belt Grinding Machine type PZM

At the PZM our established Twin Belt Grinding unit is positioned in a portal and can be moved vertically.


With the two parallel running grinding belts – for the coarse grinding and the fine finishing – it is possible to process workpieces in one clamping position.
The triangle design of the grinding head ensures an open working space for the operator to inspect the grinding result and to work in safety. This unit can be driven max. 1500 mm vertically and max 650 mm horzontally.  

 

Bulky workpieces and components can be placed on a positioner or directly on the platform of the driven scissor lift table.

Smaller Workpieces

To process smaler workpieces a easy running table can be positioned on top of the scissor lift table or a handling unit can be used.
