Surface Grinding

These are the Kuhlmeyer long belt grinding machines to process a definite surface on variable materials:

Twin Belt Grinding Machine type ZBS

With the two parallel running grinding belts – for the coarse grinding and the fine finishing – it is possible to process workpieces in one clamping position.

A relatively new design either with one or two grinding belts for the automatic process of larger surfaces on sheets and plates.

Large Surface Grinding Machine type GS

This machine type is designed for the surface grinding on hot or cold rolled plates. The transport of the plates is realized by a driven scissor lift table.
