Large Surface Grinding Machine type GS

This machine type is designed for the surface grinding on hot or cold rolled plates. The transport of the plates is realized by a driven scissor lift table.
Depending on the requirements one or two high performance Belt Grinding Aggregates can be realized.

The grinding belt is presses by a cardanic suspended contact drum on the plate surface.
Controlled by a SIMATIC S7 PLC are all the movements, belt speed, pressure and feedings.
