Long-Belt Grinding Machine type LBS

A relatively new design either with one or two grinding belts for the automatic process of larger surfaces on sheets and plates.

Depending on the requirements it is possible to drive the machine over a rigid table or use a driven scissor lift table under a rigid machine. In case of using a rigid table the grinding unit is adjustable in the height .

All the movements like belt speed, pressure and feedings as well as the work piece sizes are stored and controlled by a SIMATIC S7 PLC.
