Edge and Profile Sanding Machines

This machine range can be manufactured in single sided or double sided design.
The machine length is depending on the necessary number of sanding aggregates.

To feed the work pieces precise guided transport chains are used.
It can be selected between a belt pressure bar and a roller pressure bar.

 

Single Sided Edge and Profile Sanding Machine type ERSA

Single Sided Edge and Profile Sanding Machines are normally equipped with 120 mm wide transport chains, driven double belt pressure bars and centrally adjustable roller support ways.

Double Sided Edge and Profile Sanding Machine type DRSA

At double sided working machines normally are 60 mm wide transport chains and not driven belt pressure bars are used.
The machine can be offered – because of the heavy construction – as a milling sanding combination.

Workpieces like frames, little fillings, stripe heads, cabinets etc. can be processed with the Universal Sanding Machine. The machine is equipped with a reciprocating machine table where the workpieces can be clamped on.
