Automatic Profile Stripe Sanding Machines type LSA

The Automatic Strip Sanding Machines are designed depending on the process requirements. Extensions of the machine are only possible if enough open spaces are previously designed.

Rubberized transport chains, positioned on guidings, centrally adjustable roller gauges and in five axes adjustable pressure rollers ensure a precise strip transport.

Multiple different Sanding Aggregates are available for the process of solid wood, wrapped or lacquered stripes. A width up to 300 mm of the stripes are possible and also an all-side process.

At standard machine it is possible to adjust the Sanding Aggregates from the machine front or backside. Beside the motorized aggregate adjustment a NC – control unit can be included, this will reduce the set up times immense.
To process multi dimensional automotive components servo-drive movements of the aggregate axes and tool pressure regulation by proportional valves can be offered.
