Strip Processing Machine type LBM – Modular system

Compare to the Automatic profile Stripe Sanding Machine equipped with rubberized transport chains the Strip Processing Machine type LBM is equipped with transport belts or transport roller modules.

The distance between the Modules are so dimensioned that the Sanding Aggregates are free to move all the way in between therefore an all-side process is possible.

The Transport Modules are individually driven by synchrony motors.
Oval stripes, round hand guidings or contoured stripes can be transported by using form running rings with the transport modules.

It is possible that the machine can grow with the requirements it is easy to extend the machine with additional Modules to the front and to the back.
If positioned behind chamfering / grooving machines the transport modules can be equipped with a free-wheel system to compensate feeding speed differences.

Centrally positioned gauges and pressure systems ensure short set up times. The machine is designed for the wood and lacquer process.
