Veneer Sanding Machines and Veneer Sanding Machine Combinations

During the sanding of Veneers as rolls or single sheets are three attribute of major signification:

• A surface ready to lacquer need to be processed.
• Flexible veneers for wrapping need a wood thickness of 0,25 – 0,3 mm.
• A secure adhesion on the carrier needs a thickness tolerance of ± 0,015 mm.

In the view of capacity we can offer two different Veneer Sanding machine types.

The technical attributes, like hard chromed contact drum for the calibrating process and water-cooled pressure shoes, are similar for both Veneer Sanding Machine types. Both Veneer sanding Machine types can process Veneer stripes in multiple tracks.

Veneer Sanding Machine type FSM

The FSM is mostly used from manufacturers of veneer wrapped stripes and profiles to fulfil the own needs.

Automatic Veneer Sanding Machine type FSA

Industrial manufacturers of Veneer edges, wrapping Veneers and thick Veneers appreciate the precision, the high output and speed as well the easy adjusting and operation even if the machine is working in multiple tracks and last but not least the efficiency of the Automatic Veneer Sander.

Single Belt Veneer Sander type EFS

Manufacturers of veneer wrapped profile stripes or veneered components calibrating raw veneer sheets.

Veneer Sanding Combination type FSA/U

This Veneer Sander can process thick veneers and laminated veneers.

Automatic Veneer Sander for the intermediate Lacquer sanding type FSAL

Lacquered veneers are used as edge material and to wrap soft profiles – between the lacquering Steps is an intermediate sanding process necessary.
